While attending law school in Brazil, Maria took a one-year break and traveled to Door County to work and expand her horizons. Even though she found Door County by chance, it changed her life. After going back home and graduating in 2006, Maria moved to Door County and never looked back. Jacobs joined True North Real Estate in 2021, where she harnesses her skills learned as a law student and incorporates the many abilities she has acquired throughout the years working in customer service, marketing, and as a legal assistant.
