Jacinda Duffin and partners launched True North Real Estate in 2008. From 2009 through 2025, she was the #1 overall producing broker at Door County’s #1 overall top-producing real estate firm, an achievement reflecting both her market expertise and the trust she earned from clients across Door County.
Known for her collaborative style, creative problem-solving, and steady guidance, Jacinda has a reputation as one of Door County’s most sought-after real estate professionals, representing buyers and sellers in everything from residential and commercial properties to complex legacy transactions, including the 2021 sale of the historic Alpine Resort & Golf Course in Egg Harbor.
Her three decades of experience as a small-business owner in the county have contributed to her deep understanding of the region’s geography, zoning, pride in environmental stewardship, and community culture—especially valuable perspectives in the sale of multi-generational, family-owned properties.
Deeply embedded in the community, Jacinda served seven years on the board of the Door County Community Foundation and two terms on the board of HELP of Door County, a domestic violence advocacy organization. She served as an advisor in the development of the Northern Sky Theater Creative Campus and Gould Theater, designed the office remodel for the Door County Community Foundation, and spearheaded the renovation of True North Real Estate’s offices in a 150-year-old historic church in downtown Fish Creek.
A graduate of Carroll University with a BA in English, Jacinda is an avid reader and writer who has contributed to Peninsula Pulse and Door County Living. She is also the co-author of Loose Lips Sink Ships, a beloved Northern Sky Theater musical about the women who worked in Sturgeon Bay’s shipyards during World War II.
Since retiring as a True North partner in January 2026, Jacinda continues to actively serve her clients as a referring broker, providing thoughtful, individualized referrals via her extensive professional network.
Jacinda holds a Wisconsin real estate Broker’s License and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®.
